Rails

  • Remove debris.
  • Fill ding on surfboard with Solarez.
  • Cover with a sheet of clear plastic. Stretch the four corners to shape.
    Expose to sunlight for 3 mins.
  • Peel off plastic sheet. Sand edges.

Nose

Fins

  • Sand fin base and hull foundation on each side of fin (60 grit, 1/2" wide).
  • Tilt fin to 45° angle. Apply a thick bead of Solarez to sanded areas
    (do one fin side at a time). Expose to sunlight for 3 mins.
  • Sand bead to form a fillet. Repeat steps to other side of fin.

Tail

  • After removing debris, create a dam with some masking tape.
  • Fill the dam with Solarez. Expose to sunlight for 3 mins.
  • Flat-sand vertical and horizontal to create hard edge.
